I was totally out of water and I said this happens every time ! Then I get a call from Casey White in Wooster and he offered to bring my water after they closed. What a guy ! Talk about going beyond the normal. If it wasn't for him I was going to cancel and call Distallata. Thanks again Casey !! -

❗UPDATE❗New customer service person. Extremely courteous and helpful. Good people personality! Makes it a better of an experience when getting water!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 Great water, VERY POOR customer service. The guy usually won't help put large bags of salt or 5 gallon bottles in your vehicle unless you ask. I saw an older woman doing it all..

Answers
Frequently Asked Questions About Water Softeners in Wooster
How do I know if I need a water softener in Wooster
Common signs include white spots, scale buildup, dry skin, soap residue, stiff laundry, and appliance wear. A water test can confirm your hardness level and whether a softener is recommended.
Can a water softener help protect appliances?
Yes. Reducing hardness minerals can help limit scale buildup in water heaters, dishwashers, washing machines, plumbing, and fixtures.
Will softened water make cleaning easier?
In many homes, softened water helps soap lather and rinse more effectively, which can reduce residue on dishes, fixtures, laundry, skin, and hair.
Does Clearwater Systems service existing water softeners?
Clearwater Systems can help evaluate, service, and replace existing water softeners when repair or updated equipment is needed.
Should I test my water before buying a softener?
Yes. Testing helps confirm hardness and identify other issues such as iron, pH, odor, or sediment that may require additional treatment.
